Switzerland: free returns

For returns within Switzerland, we provide a free return shipping label. This applies to both exchanges and returns for a refund.

  1. Email support@snagzy.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
  2. Let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund. For an exchange, tell us your preferred size.
  3. We will send you the return label and instructions for the next steps.

For an exchange, we arrange a replacement item, subject to availability. Refunds are processed in accordance with our return terms. Free return shipping within Switzerland is our additional returns service.

Germany and the rest of Europe

For an exchange or return, please email support@snagzy.com with your order number. We will discuss the next steps with you and find a suitable solution together.
